Kruse Consulting was founded by James Vierck, a seasoned operations expert with a unique background in consumer packaged goods, the medical field, and military aviation. James began his career as a paramedic before serving in the U.S. Navy, where he worked in flight operations for a search and rescue squadron. There, he learned the value of precision, discipline, and streamlined execution—principles that would later shape his approach to business.

After his military service, James transitioned into business operations, where he found his passion for helping organizations run leaner and smarter. With extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma and The Operational Operating System (EOS), James has led efforts to cut operating costs, increase revenue, and build a culture of efficiency and accountability.
